I know nothing about RAT. I also can't open docx files.

In any event, you need to query the initial kin. energies of particles that are put on the stack after a decay. This can be done in UserStackingAction. If the decaying particle was a 'primary particle' then the GetParentID of the decay product should return 0 and GetCreatorProcess()->GetProcessName() should return "RadioactiveDecay" or "Decay"
