Thank you for your answers but solutions you propose are unfortunately alternative to GPS ... and do not explain me why setting : 

/gps/ang/surfnorm true
/gps/ang/mintheta 0. deg
/gps/ang/maxtheta 90. deg

does not work properly since I have particles interacting within the cylinder whereas they are supposed to be shot toward the outside oth the cylinder surface.
