The default is red=negative, green=neutral, blue=positive. But you can create your own trajectories model and choose your own colours, and a filter to suppress what you don't want...and many other things. See, for example, vis.mac in examples/basic/B1 or examples/novice/N03 or look at one of the tutorials, e.g.,
