I would like to know if there is a relatively simple way to generate events with multiple particle types using a GPS-based macro.
Hypothetically, I'd like to have a macro something like this:
The method I have seen suggested is calling GPS->GenerateVertex() from PrimaryGeneratorAction->GeneratePrimaries() for each different particle type to generate./gps/particle pi+ /gps/number 1 /gps/position 0 0 199 cm /gps/direction 0 0 -1 /gps/monoenergy 10 GeV /gps/generateVertex /gps/particle mu- /gps/generateVertex
I know the above will work programmtically, but I am wondering if there is a way to do it using macro commands only.
