Dear Davider,

In the example   extended/radioactivedecay/rdecay02
 you will find  different macros illustrating different use cases of the radioactive decay module in Geant4. 
For example the file macros/u238.mac illustrate how to simulate the decay
of Uranium 238.
I would suggest that you start form this macro and adapt it to your need.
To change it for your radioactive ion you have to adapt  
the command 
/gps/ion 92 238 0  0

to your isotope for example /gps/ion 27 60 0 0 for Co60

The basic idea in this example is that radioactive ions are generated at rest and the first process that occurs is the decay of this ion.
