I suggest you code it by throwing uniform inside a cone of tan(theta)=D/2R where D is the diagonal of your rectangular aperture and R the distance it has from the point source. You then reject all directions that do not extrapolate inside the aperture and start again:

|R*tan(theta)*cos(phi)| < Xmax
|R*tan(theta)*sin(phi)| < Ymax
