Dear Pradip,

you can use for this the General Particle Source (GPS) instead of the simple G4ParticleGun. Then in your macro you can add:

#
# position distribution
#
/gps/pos/type Point

/gps/pos/centre XX YY ZZ cm

#
# angular distribution type
#
/gps/ang/type iso
#
# rotate the angular emission frame (if needed)
# so that the angular emission Z (or maybe -Z) points at your detector
#
/gps/ang/rot1 AR1x AR1y AR1z

/gps/ang/rot2 AR2x AR2y AR2z

#
# limit the emission angle
#
/gps/ang/maxtheta TTT deg
