you can use GPS, /gps/ion 6 12 /gps/ion 7 14

/gps/ion Z A Q E
        Z:(int) AtomicNumber
        A:(int) AtomicMass
        Q:(int) Charge of Ion (in unit of e)
        E:(double) Excitation energy (in keV)
