Geant4 is a toolkit to simulate the interactions of particles with
matter and fields and is not an event generator per se. You will need
to generate events using a program dedicated to this purpose. There are
several Monte Carlo event generators which will generate the events you
are interested in. Novice example 04 provides a simple example of how
to read in events generated with Pythia, for example.
The International Linear Collider is a proposed future facility for
studying TeV-scale e+e- interactions. You can find information about
event simulations at http://lcsim.org.
