Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.
|1||0||1||no text / full text of posting|
|2||1||All||text for level 1 only / text for All postings|
Outline: Choose the depth of the posting thread, successive toggle controls provide increasing detail.
|1||2||1||2 levels / 1 level (original posting)|

Hi, I'm having the same problem on Fedora Core 5 i386. You can observe the difference between G4.8.0 and G4.8.0.p01 (needless to say these have been built w/ exactly the same environmental settings on the same machine) e.g. by running examples/extended/radioactivedecay/exrdm with macros/test.mac (the example has changed almost nothin from 8.0 to 8.0.p01): with 8.0 you can see 'Name' of the emitted particles such as 'gamma', 'nu_e', and 'e-' in the resulting test.aida file. Also, `/particle/select GenericIon` followed by `/particle/process/dump` shows a line like the following; === process[RadioactiveDacay :Decay] Active #the exRDM in G4.7.1.p01 behaves the same. With 8.0.p01, contents of the test.aida file are empty except for distributions related to the parent. In this case, by issuing `/particle/select GenericIon` we can't see a line for the RadioactiveDecay process. I couldn't run my old application program which use the GPS: G4IonTable::Entries() returns 1! G4IonTable contains only proton and G4IonTable::DumpTable() only dumps the proton data. It seems to me that there's no change for G4ParticleTable and G4IonTable from G4.8.0 to G4.8.0.p01... Who (which methods/classes) are responsible for constructing the correct G4IonTable? Did we miss something for migration to the new version of G4? Thanks in advance. Kazuyoshi
