We identify a bug in G4ParticleDefinition which caused your problem.
The fix should be released shortly, meanwhile, you may want to patch 
the problem by yourself as follows.

In G4ParticleDefinition.hh lines 180 and 182, put "virtual" identifier
to the methods GetAtomicNumber and G4AtomicMass.
In G4Ions.hh lines 76 and 77, do the same.
