O'k, I have check that in case of particle gun

/gun/particle ion
/gun/ion 6 12 0 0 
/gun/energy 0 GeV

ion does not move anywhere. If pi0 is the initial particle with zero 
kinetic energy, then it is working normally as well. If gps works 
differently, it may be a subject of the bug report.
