Hi Andrew,

I only spent a minute looking at your code, but what I found:

new G4LogicalBorderSurface("Air/Mirror Surface",physWorld,physScintillator,OpticalAirMirror);

should read:

new G4LogicalBorderSurface("Air/Mirror Surface",physScintillator,physWorld,OpticalAirMirror);

The G4LogicalBorderSufrace is an ordered pair of physical volumes. For optical photons going from vol1 to vol2, they should be listed in order: vol1,vol2

Hope this helps, Peter
