Thank you Michael, I managed to do it (implement bordersurface as a dichroic mirror), and am currently implementing this in a more complex geometry.

Once that is done, I will try to implement another type of dichroic filter. One that has not only transmittance, but also absorbance, as a function of angle and wavelength. 
 It will require some work and modifications to the G4OpSurface and G4OpBoundaryProcess but should be pretty straightforward I hope.

If and when I succeed I will post results here in the forum along with the justification for such a description.
