This gives the range of energy for which you define optical parameters. It should coincide with the range of energies over which you define your optical photon source. The arrays you define must be at least size 2 or larger.

> const G4int NUMENTRIES_Caesiumiodide = 3;

NUMENTRIES_Caesiumiodide must be equal to nEntries

Better you do NOT define yet another const G4int for the other arrays.

There is no default optical photon energy range in G4
