Question const G4int nEntries in optical photon

hello everyone. I am having a few questions about optical photon energy.My simulation is based on the example N06.I simulated CsI(tl)scintillator and in my gps I defined multiple optical sources inside the box and use csI spectrum as energy distribution.
my question:
in detector construction we said :
const G4int nEntries = 3;
  G4double PhotonEnergy[nEntries] ={
        1.5*eV,2.5*eV,3.5*eV}
// CsI
  const G4int NUMENTRIES_Caesiumiodide = 3;

  G4double ENERGY_Caesiumiodide[NUMENTRIES_Caesiumiodide] = {
   1.5*eV,2.5*eV,3.5*eV
  };
  G4double RefractiveIndex1[nEntries] =
            { 1.8,1.8,1.8};
 G4double Absorption1[nEntries] =
       {100*cm,100*cm,100*cm };
I am confused.I wonder If geant4 uses these energies or the csI energy of my optical photon sources ( csi spectrum ) ? I also had changed this vector to 9 ..24 entries or changed them to constant energy ( 2.5,2.5,2.5) but my out puts didnít change .
is there any interaction for optical photon that could change my result ?
( my results are for example the number of optical photon which come out of scintillator or absorbed inside it or absorbed at surfaces )
what is the default range of energy if we did not define these 3 entries ?
