I revised optocal photon generation code during the Scintillation process and in reality it is CORRECT!

Concerning the "line" and "spline" interpolation. The result is practically the same. I can say that with "spline" it could be worse because of possible oscillation.

The observed steps in a spectrum is an effect of the used "Monte Carlo Trasformation" to generate random photon energy without any computational overdue. I see only one way to get smooth optical photon spectrum without any extra price - provide more input data.

I think it will be usefull to mention in an application manual, that the command: "->AddProperty("FASTCOMPONENT"/"SLOWCOMPONENT",..)->SetSpline(true)" has no any effect and GEANT4 doesn't make any interpolation between user defined data points.
