No!

Correct

You are reading the code rather well! I can only suggest that you make the changes to G4Scintillation to tag which, FAST or SLOW, was used. But it gets complicated ... you'd have to also add a G4VUserTrackInformation to the secondary track (G4Track* aSecondaryTrack), all from G4Scintillation.

But I am not even sure the TrackInformation is copied to the track that's eventually tracked:
