Question multiple optical sources in a scintillator

Forum: Processes Involving Optical Photons
Date: 27 Jan, 2015
From: Sahar <Sahar >

Hello.

I am simulating CsI(Tl) scintillator and for now I have 3*3*10 mm box of CsI. I want to define multiple optical sources inside this box.

I want to use CsI spectrum as energy distribution and pdd spectrum of linear accelerator as intensity of the source.

 my code is based on example N06 and some of the posts from this forum. the gps.mac file is attached. when I run it this error appears :

{Error:Int type unknown type }

program continues running and no optical photon is produced. Could any body tell me what is it that I m missing?

The other question I have is this: my CsI surfaces has to be lambertion ( groundfrontpainted). In order to score optical photon which are getting out of the box , I need to define different coating for each faces of the box . For example I want to define 5 face of lambertion and one face of polish. how can I define them ?

I hope I'm making sense, I am new to Geant4. I really appreciate your help in advance.

Best,
