Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.

Hi Peter and Michael,
going through my student's code (I attach part of the DetectorConstruction plus the output of the DumpTable()), there are a few questions.
First of all, to answer Peter's comment, there are 91 entries in the arrays and no 0 energy entry. Nevertheless we DO HAVE some 0 entries in the SCINT and ABSL array. Is this the problem? Is there also a hardcoded E limit, beyond which the code doesn't work? We use a 2.06661*eV lowest energy.
It seems actually that the problem comes from the absorption length array. A more general question is the following. We get the array elements from some experimental data (I can send you the paer if you re interested). They have data for both what they call "absorption length" and "attenuation length". So my question is which of the two physical meaning is related to the G4 absorption length?
