Thank you very much for the explanation.

I am still wondering why the photons not reflected will disappear. Because almost all the photons not reflected should pass though into the semiconductor, which is different from the metal. I tried to define the surface as dielectric-metal, and the result is shown as you describe -- the photons disappeared if not reflected. In fact, I want them pass though rather than disappear. Is there any methods?
