Forum: Processes Involving Optical Photons
Date: 21 Dec, 2012
From: Steve Asztalos <Steve Asztalos>

Hi,

I wish to extend a geometry where formerly one PMT read out optical photons from my scintillator (all other sides encased in copper) to include a second PMT mirror symmetric on the other end of the scintillator (which the copper to removed, of course). With just two PMTs I'd like to avoid the full machinery of the LXe example, but am bewildered about the proliferating number of modifications needed to my original code.

Can someone suggest an expedient way of extending my geometry in some compact manner or point my to an example.

Happy holidays,

Steve
