Question No pecular compton edge and back scatter peak.

Respected Experts,

I am working on NaI(Tl) crystal simulation with 662 keV gamma. The spectrum I am obtaining has been attached here.

There is no clear back scatter peak and compton edge. Also I had read that the ratio of the compton plateau region to the peak height should be approximately 1:10. Is it true ?

Also is there any such relation between the (backscatter + compton plateau + edge) to the peak base ?

What changes are advised for obtaining a spectrum of the desired signature ?

My physics list mainly contains codes for: compton scattering, photoelectric effect, scintillation with OpBoundaryProcess and OpAbsorption for optical photons and default cut value of 1.0 mm.
