Thank you very much for clearing my doubts. I have another small question. I want to use only one PMT. So, I want to coat one end of the WLS fibers with a reflective coating. But, the LXe example is built in a module style. So, I tried to create a small Mylar cylinder (the thickness is like the thickness of a reflective coating) and placed it in clad2_log (in or its equivalent). Then I defined a LogicalBorderSurface between the physical volumes : Mylar "coating" and the fiber core. But it does not seem to work - the photons treat the Mylar like any other medium and travel through, despite there being a LogicalBorderSurface between the mylar and the fiber.

That is, In the LXe example, can we declare a LogicalBorderSurface in the, or is it only permitted (valid) in the file?

Or, I would like to know if there are any other mistakes in my logic.

Thanks in advance,
