Sad help@Setted decay time constant can not accord with simulation result

Forum: Processes Involving Optical Photons
Date: 06 Jul, 2011
From: ja <ja>

In my work, the fast&&slow decay time constants are both setted 2.7ns,and YIELDRATIO is 0.5 for simulating BCF-10 scintillator fiber. The SetParticleTime is 0*ns when the gamma rays generated, the GetGlobalTime got when photon hit the SD.

So,the result of decay time constant, regardless of the fitting method employed,is about 3.3ns.I'm so confused about this time broadening.

Any helpful response is appreciated.
