Dear Yuri,

Can you set in your PhysicsList where you've constructed the G4OpBoundaryProcess:

theBoundaryProcess->SetVerboseLevel(1);

When you have a reflection off the interface, what does it print for SS=1 and SL=1? It should print: *** SpikeReflection *** and *** LambertianReflection *** respectively. For LambertianReflection the sigmaalpha is ignored. sigmaalpha is used for LobeReflection and LobeRefraction.

If you want to help debug this further, please put a write statement in G4OpBoundaryProcess:

http://www-geant4.kek.jp/lxr/source/processes/optical/src/G4OpBoundaryProcess.cc#L817

to make sure that ChooseReflection is called. Are you using G4.9.3?

Best regards, Peter
