Question strange results for polished reflector

I am trying to see the difference in light collection using
various combinations of reflector and scintillator surface with
 infitisemal air gap .
For polished reflector I use polishebackpainted parameter and for
diffuse reflector - groundbackpainted.
To describe the interface I use SS = 1 for polished and SL=1 for diffuse.
The geometry is simple - scintillator tile with MPPC.
The result for both SS=1 and SL=1 for polished reflector are exactly
the same e.g. number of hits on MPPC,x and y distribution of hits on MPPC etc.
Then I set verbose = 1 and run 1 event for both settings (SS=1 and SL=1),
in the output files I see exactly the same parameters of photons : Momentum
direction and polarization for all photons.
I would expect different results for SS=1 and SL=1 with polished reflector.
Looks like that the parameter sigmaalpha is ignored for SL=1 with polished
With diffuse reflector the results are quite different as one can expect.
Is something wrong in my simulation?
