Probably the program wants to delete a pointer which points to an invalid memory location; e.g. the pointer got corrupted (overwritten) since its allocation. With almost 100% certainty you are at fault. You'll have to debug your program. You may also want to do a 'make clean' and then a fresh 'make'. Maybe this will help.
