Sorry, I wrote my last reply in haste. I meant:

const G4DynamicParticle* aParticle = aTrack.GetDynamicParticle();

thePhotonMomentum = aParticle->GetTotalMomentum();

G4cout << "Photon Momentum/Energy in eV: " << thePhotonMomentum/eV << "eV" << G4endl;

(but that shouldn't have been so difficult to figure out - a good place to learn how to write G4 user code is our LXR browser: http://www-geant4.kek.jp/LXR/)
