Hi Jason,

I will only speculate that the scintillation treatment in G4 is fine for your purposes unless your scintillation centers (dopant centers) are physically very far apart (e.g extremely low dopant concentrations). In this case, you could build tiny volumes of a scintillator material inside a non-scintillating solid, and generate them randomly.
