Dear Ainoussi, You can calculate the dose in multiple ways in Geant4. I suggest first to refer to the Brachytherapy advanced example to see how to calculate the dose in a water phantom by means of the Geant4 Scoring Mesh. Then you may want to study the advanced example human_phantom, which shows how to calculate the dose in organs of analytical human phantoms. Finally, you may want to refer to the extended example "DICOM", that illustrates how to calculate the dose in a voxelised human anatomy. I hope this helps you, Kind Regards Susanna Guatelli -----Original Message----- From: ainoussi abdessamad <email@example.com> Sent: Wednesday, 11 July 2018 2:23 AM To: firstname.lastname@example.org Subject: dose calculation in human phantom *** Discussion title: Medical Applications hi my friends i'm on geant4 10.00.p04 installed on ubuntu I have to calculate the dose distribution in a phantom human please you can help me how to use the phantom to perform the calculation thanks ------------------------------------------------------------- Visit this GEANT4 at hypernews.slac.stanford.edu message (to reply or unsubscribe) at: http://hypernews.slac.stanford.edu/HyperNews/geant4/get/medical_app/415.html
