Hey Thomas,

I've run into the same issue with the IAEAphspReader class. Interestingly, if you use an IAEA phase space file from the IAEA website (generated in either geant4 or EGSnrc), the phspReader class should work just fine. I've had issues when I generate my own IAEA phase space files (in EGSnrc), I can only run one particle and then I get the segmentation fault error (from reading a strange particle code). I plan on looking into the issue in more detail in the next few weeks and I'll let you know what I find. Just wanted to let you know that you're not the only one who has run into this issue.
