It looks like neither X11 nor OpenGL are properly installed. Please check with Fedora for information - for example, are installation packages available? Look in their Frequently Asked Questions or just Google "OpenGL on Fedora", or something.

The glu functions are part of the GLU library (you should have libGLU.so as well as libGL.so).

gluProject is no longer used in Geant4 9.0. The other errors are from G4OpenGLSceneHandler::AddPrimitive(const G4NURBS&), which is very unlikely to be used, so you could remove/empty it, but it is likely you will hit further problems in other files if GLU is not properly installed.

Sorry not to be more helpful. Are there some Fedora users out there?
