   Dear David

 Not clear to me if the Geant4 build system on Windows (cmake+Visual, right ?) can permit it, but if so, build 
and use the statics (or archive) libs. In my things, I build Geant4 core with a system of my own (but by using
VisualC++ to compile and link.exe to link) and I put all Geant4 .objs in one big static lib and it works me, 
I can build the lib and link my apps.  (It works for long for me, I still build in this way on my old XP !). 
(And then it works on my Windows-10 + Visual-2017 + geant4.10.03.p01).

 (Incidentally, an option of VisualC++ to know is "/bigobj". Now, with templates, inlines, etc... we may fall on a
65535 limit in the compilation of one "single unit". This option permits to bypass that. I have it by default in 
my things now).
