Looks like the directory that you installed cmake into isn't part of your PATH environment variable. Make sure you start a fresh cmd window after changing any system environment variables. Also, make sure you're using a visual studio developer command prompt for the version of visual studio you'll be building with (it looks like you are not as the top of your cmd window would mention Visual Studio's command line startup info).
