Feedback Installation of Geant4.10.05 hangs at make stage, brute force restart required

Hello,

I am trying to install the latest release of Geant4 (10.05). When I run make -j, the system freezes while trying to download something, and a brute force restart is required (even Magic SysRq key combos do not work).

Here is what I'm running (the problem also happens with no optional flags):

unzip source

mkdir geant4.10.04-build

cd geant4.10.04-build

cmake -DGEANT4_USE_QT=ON -DGEANT4_USE_OPENGL_X11=ON -DGEANT4_INSTALL_DATA=ON -DGEANT4_USE_RAYTRACER_X11=ON -DGEANT4_BUILD_MULTITHREADED=OFF -DGEANT4_USE_GDML=ON -DGEANT4_USE_GDML=ON -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=../geant4.10.05-install ../geant4.10.05/

make -j

The output runs as normal until it hits some "Downloading [40%]" or similar and the system freezes with no error messages.

Any help would be appreciated.
