According to the log file, you did not set G4PROTONHPDATA correctly:

  @@@ G4ParticleHPInelasticData instantiated for particle proton data directory variable is G4PROTONHPDATA pointing to /share/Geant4-10.4.1/data/G4TNDL1.3.2/Proton

Notice that the path string begins "/share". You should fix your envvar setting to include the full path and try running again. You do not need to recompile anything.
