Can you please AVOID opening new threads for the same issue ??

For exercise, I tried an installation on Mac from the tar-ball downloaded from web.
There're NO corrupted files (you can check yourself by checking on the unpacked tar-ball before
doing any other action) and the configuration succeeds (see log below).
The corrupted files you see are likely generated by your system (not clear to me why, but may well be
a problem of your CMake installation, the added extension "000644" corresponds to the corrupted
files you had from your CMake installation).
You're using a candidate alpha version of CMake (3.5.0), while the current stable version is 3.4.3. Why??
I suggest you to use the stable version.
I also see you're using MacOS ElCapitan. Can you update also XCode please, so you get the
latest version of clang (the one you have looks rather outdated!)?
