Question working from an example

Forum: Installation and Configuration
Date: 28 May, 2015
From: Dave <Dave>

I am new to Geant4. I installed the version 4.9.6 and I am trying to work on a project starting from an example, say B4a. My question is : after I built the example and compiled it in my home directory, how can I modify src/hh files and recompile again? Should I really do it in the original directory and redo cmake and rebuild again? I tried to copy everyting to the directory I created but I am not able to compile : No rule to make target../../../config/sys/.gmk. Stop.

Of course I changed the path of G4INSTALL in GNUmakefile.

Thank you in advance.
