Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.
|1||0||1||no text / full text of posting|
|2||1||All||text for level 1 only / text for All postings|
Outline: Choose the depth of the posting thread, successive toggle controls provide increasing detail.
|1||2||1||2 levels / 1 level (original posting)|
|2||3||2||3 levels / 2 levels|

Thanks very much for all your help.
I've finally got the installation working. The problem I believe is the qt 4.8.4 or any qt 4.8 version for windows is built with VS2010. So it seems to be not compiled properly when I compile the geant4 pack+qt with vs2013.
As I've got vs2013 already installed, the vs2010 has issues with the CMAKE. As you suggest, some patches for the VS2010 is needed for it to work. The patches I've installed and fix the problem is vs2010 sp1 + KB2736182.
Now my fully working combinations are: 1) windows 7 pro 2) vs2010 pro 32bit + sp1 + KB2736182 3) geant4.10.01 p01 plus the fix you recommends for source\interfaces\basic\src\G4UIQt.cc 4） cmake 3.2.3 5) qt 4.8.4 vs2010 6) GDML xerces-c-3.1.2 7) .net 4.5.1 exists as office 2013 is installed.
It is pity the VS2013 can't be used with QT4. As VS2013 looks much smarter than VS2010.
Correct me if any one finds a solution with VS2013.
