This usually means that the download took longer than the preset timeout interval in CMake (note the "63% complete" message right before the error). You may either extend the timeout period (-DGEANT4_INSTALL_DATA_TIMEOUT=3000 or whatever, 1500 seconds is the default); or you can download and install the data files yourself from the G4 Web site, and then tell CMake where you put them, and not to do the download (-DGEANT4_INSTALL_DATA=Off -DGEANT4_INSTALL_DATADIR=<your-data-path>).
