The name X11_Xmu_LIBRARY is a CMake variable name, so shouldn't appear as a literal name in a link step. Could you run make G4OpenGL VERBOSE=1 and post the output here please? Also, please attach the CMakeCache.txt file in your build directory. A failure to find the Xmu headers or libraries should have resulted in a fatal error when configuring, so it looks like there's something odd going on with the CMake step.
