None OpenGL installation problem on CentOs

Forum: Installation and Configuration

Calling all users, particularly users of CentOs...

Yanbo Chen has encountered a problem installing OpenGL on CentOs. Below is the log of an attempt to install Mesa. I'm not even sure he needs to do this - I suspect CentOs already has OpenGL installed. It may be simply a matter of installing the development version of OpenGL on CentOs. You would have to contact CentOs or just Google for it.

Anyway, I personally am not in a position to test Geant4 on a CentOs system. If there is anyone out there who has succeeded please respond to this posting in order to help Yanbo Chen.

Regards

John Allison
