Question setting the env for geant4 on lxplus

hello I am trying to set the env of g4 on lxplus but i can not find the useful link to do so ,, also i got this result : Configuration script for Geant4 binary releases at CERN, Version 2.2 December 2005 It looks like your compiler settings are not suitable The Operating system is expected to be slc4_amd64_gcc34 The compiler version should be g++ (GCC) 3.4 The system reports that it is g++ (GCC) 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-54) Copyright (C) 2006 Free Software Foundation, Inc. This is free software; see the source for copying conditions. There is NO warranty; not even for MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Please set your PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variables

Can anyone please help me to sort it out ? Cheers
