None data set names

I have just completed adding the new data set for Geant4.9.2.p02 to my code. This took a while as its different names are easily confusable (and I did).

This is a real pain: I must keep track of three different names for each data set:
    The environment variable
    The directory
    The URL

The older data sets seem to have almost no rhyme or reason among their three names; more recent ones differ in a "." between the last two.

While preparing for 10.0, could these names be regularized?

By that I mean something like this:
A data set name is something like "G4EMLOW.6.23" (note the . after the W)
Its environment variable is then "G4EMLOW" (everything before the first .)
Its URL is then http:/.../G4EMLOW.6.23" (the base URL plus its name)
Its directory is then "G4EMLOW.6.23" (its name)

An alternate scheme would be fine, as long as it is self-consistent.

Bottom line: a given object should have one name, AND ONLY ONE NAME. Presumably its version is part of its name.

Please note that I need all data sets to have a common, fixed base URL -- I provide scripts to assist my users in downloading the data sets they need.
