Double check that the directory path containing the Geant4 headers is passed to the compiler. If you're using the Geant4 Makefile system to do this, then you can see the full compiler commands used by running make CPPVERBOSE=1. Check the list of -I arguments to confirm the correct header path(s) are there - if not, check the values of all the G4XXX environment variables.
