Hi,
First of all I am sorry, I am new to this forum so I don't know how to move this to emphysics forum. Should I post it again there? (The Request New Forum at the bottom of the page doesn't seem to be working now)

Now back to the actual problem:
I checked for the G4DEBUG environment variable and it is unset. The TestEm4 which I am running comes is as it is provided in the geant4 examples folder. The PhysicsList has only constructEM(), so only electromagnetic processes are being called.
I am only running the default input file TestEm4.in as provided in the folder. which merely shoots 9 MeV gamma on cylinder of C6F6. The only change that I made was to change the number of particles from 100000 to 1000000.
