The error message shows that either you don't have the Xt library and/or headers installed (in which case find out which package provides them and install it), or your distribution places these files in a location CMake does not know about. In that case, you can run make edit_cache which will start the ncurses interface where you can edit the variables pointing to the Xt libraries/headers.
