9.3 was verified on those compilers - but it is rather old. I couldn't find any bugzilla reports on reproducibility in this version, though I only did a quick search so others may comment.

I would strongly recommend updating to the newest Geant4 9.5.1 release and seeing if the problem still occurs in this version. It has many upgrades, so this may resolve the issue, but should it not, we'll be in a better position to help.
