Hi Tom, as also mentioned in the release notes, Geant4 is fully tested on 64-bits platforms and for all supported flavors (MacOSX, Linux-SLC5 and Windows). MacOSX Lion is supported starting from release 9.5. You may want to verify this by running any of the examples/applications shipped with the distribution.
